We have been in love with pizza since we were kids. As adults that obsession finally became a reality. We could eat it every day, without reprimand! The concept driving our restaurant and pizzeria is very simple: we want to serve good food made with love. We aim to recreate the same kind of food we ate growing up - foods we craved after coming home from school or a good soccer game. The kind of food our mothers prepared with a love that cannot be described with words. It was always made with the freshest, highest quality ingredients. When the aroma of their cooking filled the air we raced to the table and there was nothing but silence. Saraghina is our second home; we prepare and serve our food as we would to our own families. We are not looking to innovate but rather pay tribute to a very simple and pure way of cooking. Our meat is organic from farms that raise animals naturally, the way it was intended. The fish we source is wild and when possible local. Our menu is small and changes frequently, as we have many years to narrate. We hope to convey that great experience, at least a little bit, as we have all been kids at one point in our lives. |
